Which is why all of our ingredients are whole, pure, and simple. Our beans are sourced from Meridian Cacao in Portland, Oregon and Uncommon Cacao out of Central America. For our chocolate milk, we use minimally processed milk from local microdairies, like Twinbrook Creamery and Fresh Breeze Organic Dairy. Our botanicals are locally sourced from World Spice Merchants, Market Lavender, and fresh produce vendors like Sosio's, all located in Seattle's historic Pike Place Market.
All of our chocolate is single-origin 70% dark chocolate made with two ingredients: cacao and sugar, Like wine and coffee, a finished chocolate's flavor profile varies greatly depending on the cacao's country of origin, soil chemistry, and fermentation process.
