You thought the ones you had in Paris were good.

We always knew we wanted to partner with a pastry chef. So when Cornelia Wright, pastry chef at the renowned Pacific Northwest restaurant, The Herbfarm, proposed a macaron collaboration using our chocolate, how could we say no? We couldn’t, of course. Introducing our single-origin chocolate macarons, available as a flight of four featuring ganache made from Alto Beni, Camino Verde, Kokoa Kamili, and Öko Caribe.

Pre-order with pick up only on May 11 at Bellflower Chocolate Company on Queen Anne or on May 12 at Peter Miller Books in Pioneer Square.
