Bellflower Chocolate Co. Exhibits at North America's Premier Chocolate Festival

 

Seattle, Washington – On October 3-4, 2015, Bellflower Chocolate Company exhibited for the first time at the Northwest Chocolate Festival, North America’s premiere chocolate event. Founders Callie Neylan and Will Dixon proffered the company’s line of Bean-to-Bottlebotanical chocolate milk in Classic, Earl Grey, and Cardamom; and single-origin nibs and truffles made with cacao from the Kokoa Kamili Estate in Tanzania and the Camino Verde Estate in Ecuador. The firm produces other botanically infused chocolate milk flavors such as basil, rosemary, lavender and ginger.

According to Callie Neylan, Bellflower’s Cofounder, President, and Chief Design Officer, “The response to our offerings at the festival was very positive. Customers loved our unique approach to a food product that hasn’t been innovated on in...well, ever. They loved the refreshing, delicious taste of our chocolate milk, and repeatedly asked where they could buy it and whether or not we had a store. This affirmation of our product vision is very exciting.”

The strong interest in products at this event marks the end of a year of field-testing flavors and refinement of product recipes for Bellflower. The company is now focused on plans for opening its first retail outlet.
