May 10, 2015, Seattle, Washington – Before Nashville's coffee anchor, Barista Parlor, decided which craft chocolate bars to carry, they did a taste test of bars from 50 different makers. Our chocolate landed in the top tier which is how Barista Parlor in Nashville, Tennessee came to carry Bellflower Chocolate Company's bean-to-bar, single-origin chocolate. 

Barista Parlor, listed by Epicurious as one of America's best coffee shops, focuses on the high-quality and the handmade. Owner Andy Mumma curates an eclectic, carefully chosen selection of goods for his Nashville coffee institution and we're honored to be included, on display alongside some of the top American craft chocolate makers.
