Chocolate Making 101


Make your own small-batch chocolate!

In this 3-4-hour session, you will make your own chocolate from scratch. 

We’ll start by going through the entire chocolate-making process, from bean sorting to cracking, winnowing, grinding and conching, working in pairs to formulate a single-origin or blended dark chocolate for you to take home.  

You’ll leave with a bag of roasted cacao nibs and a pound of 70% un-tempered chocolate that you can use at home in your own recipes. 


Space is limited to 6 people per session at our commercial kitchen on Queen Anne.  Content is geared toward adults; however, guests aged 14-17 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
