What happens when chocolate meets the Pacific Northwest? Unique things, like Camino Verde paired with candied yuzu peel. 

Camino Verde is our nuttiest, most earthy chocolate, which is why we paired it to make our first Limited Edition bar *: Candied Yuzu Peel, an Asian citrus deeply integrated in Japanese culinary history. Japanese culinary history which has had a profound impact on food in the Pacific Northwest, ever since Japanese farmers first dominated the stalls at Pike Place Market a century ago. 

In honor of Japanese immigrants whose influence and hard work helped make Seattle the city we love, 10% of each bar sale will be donated to a local refugee organization helping a new generation of immigrants build a life to love.
